Job Duties:
Responsible for coordination and logistics for all training courses
Liaise with vendors on orders and delivery
Handle customer enquiries via email and over the phone
Assist the team in admin support including Purchasing and Finance matters
Assist in ad-hoc events

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Toa Payoh
3-6 months contract
$1500/month

Job Requirements:
minimum GCE A Levels educational qualification or higher
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and meticulous in follow ups
Possess problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
able to start within short notice period
comfortable with contract positions
