Work in fast paced environment, able to multi-task. Good customer service & follow up skill. Able to communicate in English & Mandarin. Call/ email customers to arrange servicing schedule of their fire extinguishers/ fire protection equipment, prepare quotations for approval & follow up on quotations. Assist to liaise with suppliers/ vendors to order materials when necessary. Input manual invoices into system, send SOA, submit invoices for receipting, update payments, chase payments, etc. Other duties include attending to walk-in customers, answering calls, prepare daily toolbox meeting, filing & other assigned duties. 5-day week (8.00am to 5.30pm) Start work immediately.
