Logistics Executive (Administrative Job)

Salary: $2200-$2800

Working Hours: 0900-1800 (5days)

Key areas of responsibility

  • Handling of commercial documentation like Invoices / Delivery Orders / Credit Notes / Shipping Documents, etc
  • Working on SAP ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and any other systems implemented by the Company
  • Have an understanding of the whole product portfolio of Biomed Diagnostics, customer base and identify areas of improvements towards customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with Principals for stock acquisitions
  • Liaise with external vendors like freight agents, clearing houses, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc
  • Keep abreast of the supply chain practices and update the Company


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Self-driven and prepared to take on new challenges
  • Initiative, patient and mature in thinking
  • Meticulous, hands on and analytical
  • A team player with good communication skills
