Job Description:

As an Admin Assistant cum Customer Service Officer, you will be taking daily orders from customer via phone call/emails and sorting out orders base on driver’s routes. Filing/scanning/faxing/emailing should be completed when task has been assigned. In addition of all, daily housekeeping to be enforced and executed.


6 day work week

Working hours:

2pm to 11pm

3pm to 12am

4pm to 1am

*Transport provided for nearby applicant who end work after 12am only.

Job's incentives/bonuesbase on performace, review once/twice a year.


Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the job when tasked and attend till the end.

2. To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

3. To assist in keying data of daily orders into system and issue delivery orders.

4. To check and ensure packing orders and delivery orders matched and issue invoice.

5. To generate daily report, picking & packing list and prepare PO/DO/Invoices.

6. To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.

7. To assist on customers / supplier’s inquiries via phone call or email; taking orders.

8. To maintain the cleanliness within office premises.

9. Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.

10. On Job training provided.


Job requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Nitec/Diploma or Higher qualification certificates.

2. Proficient with accessing computer, Microsoft Office, attend to emails and operating scanning/faxing machine.

3. Able to prioritize task and organized.

4. Candidate must be able to communicate/write in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customer and handle Chinese documents.

5. Ability to work independent with minimum supervision, multi task and work well in a fast-paces environment.

6. Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.

7. Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.

8. Able to commit overtime when needed.
