Admin Assistant (Scheduler) - Permanent Position

* Good Opportunity to learn and gain experience

* Working Location: Changi (Transport provided at certain locations)

* Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm)

* Salary Range: S$1900 - S$2500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling of daily operations for Drivers
  • Customer services and liaison with customers
  • General administrative duties
  • General filing and data entry

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Automotive industry will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Singaporean/ SPR only
