  • Administrative support to our Operations, such as:
  • Monitoring and redirection of summons/fines of drivers.
  • Processing of drivers’ rental rebates for vehicle breakdown.
  • Incentive calculations for drivers.
  • Database Maintenance.
  • Assisting the manager to oversee the day-to-day support of the operations Admin team
  • Involved in reviewing and streamlining work flows and processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company’s system, policies and procedures.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior management.


  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Administration.
  • Good hands on working experience in MS office.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge will be of an advantage.
