Customer Service Officer/Executive (Changi Airport, 5 days, up to $3500)

• Handle overseas & local customers complaint cases according to company’s SOP

• Attend to all incoming enquiries and complaints from different channels (such as phone calls, emails, social media) pertaining to customer’s complaint

• Provide professional before & after customer services

• Liaison with internal department to retrieve the latest updates for the brands, products, pricing & promotions

• Work closely with internal team on service related matters to enhance/improve the service quality

• Involve and conduct in investigation when it is needed

• Assist customers in goods exchange/refund matters

• Achieve weekly/monthly KPI

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management

(In charge of Employee Service Award Programme)


• Min Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in customer service field

• Possess good communication and writing skills

• Able to understand ‘Liquids, Aerosol and Gels & Security Tamper-Evident Bags’

(LAG & STEB) regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Able to perform overtime when required

• Working hours: 9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays
