You'll be outsourced to:

Location: Tanjong Pagar
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Working hours: Monday -Friday; 9am - 6pm
Salary: up to $3500/month + Completion Bonus

Responsibilities
General admin cum Recept duties

- Restocking of office supplies, pantry

- Receptionist duties

- Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, bills and errands

- Office Admin support for business meeting, preparing materials, room booking and etc..

HR duties

- Coordinate with HR on onboarding/off-boarding, orientation (welcome bag, lanyards, individual ID card)

- Support all immigration matters (entry VISA, work permit, etc)

- Coordinate onsite and offsite office meetings and social events

- Coordinate and arrange organization events

- File ad-hoc expenses


Requirements:
- Min. 2-3 years of Office Admin experience
- Able to work retail hours and Public holiday
- ARIBA SAP knowledge will be highly highly advantageous
- Full commitment required!
- Singaporeans only!
