* 1-3 years of experience in reporting, managing invoice and purchase orders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (eg; Pivot table , V look up and Macro).
* Independent and able to work in fast pace environment.

Job Description

* Collate data from different platforms for billing report.
* Forward report to business partners for approval and attend to any queries by business partners.
* Provide reports for meetings.
* Deliver contracts for endorsements.
* Submitting purchase order requests and tracking of approvals.
