Salary: $2200 - $2800

Working hour: 5 days, Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Location: Tiong Bahru

Job Duties:

•Daily Sales update in excel & system

•Encoding of supplier invoices in system

•Preparation of payment voucher/cheque (w/ supplier invoices)

•Preparation of payment voucher (via GIRO or using GL code)

•Preparation & issuance of cheque (for salary or any issue related to staff)

•Checking of payment voucher (Cheque or GL entry)

•Petty cash custodian (petty cash voucher & receipts checking & update to the system)

•Preparation of Weekly Sales Report and Weekly Cash Flow

•Preparation of 3rd party invoices/receipts (house account, events)

•Bank Reconciliation

•COGS Closing/update/checking

•Preparation of Monthly journal entries (GL)

•Checking/confirmation of balances - AP & AR

•Update of Schedules of Balance Sheet & PL accounts (for audit & taxation purpose)

•Monthly Closing Report & P&L Comparison

•Preparation of report as per management request

•Prepare letters for refund/undercharged/overcharged customer
