Salary- $1300 basic and other allowance for transport etc
* Perform administrative duties
* Data entry & documentation
* Assist manager to sort out and update order information
* To communicate and coordinate between customers
* Payroll processing and verifying, then generating invoices
* Maintain proper accounting and records and documentation included sale and expense reports.
* Assist in event coordination
* Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent
* Proficient in Mircosoft Office
* Proficiency in communication
* Enthusiaticy and effiecient, able to work indepently with minimal supervision
* Accounting background is a plus
* Prioty given for related work experience.
* 5.5 working days each week
