Roles & Responsibilities:
- Printing, scanning and filing of documents
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork
- Organise calendar and task with team
- Track and follow up on booking activities
- Handling phone-calls, emails and reply accordingly in a professional manner
- Updating system, website and social media with relevant information
- Manage petty cash, office inventory check & replenishment
- Simple introduction of company’s product to client
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in this capacity is preferred
- Diploma and above
- Good computer knowledge
- Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and strong sense of responsibilities.
- Positive mind-set and a solution focused approach
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Bilingual, able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin
- Able to read Chinese
Skills:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc.)
Salary:
- SDG 1,700 - 2,000
Working Hour:
- Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
