Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Printing, scanning and filing of documents
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork
  • Organise calendar and task with team
  • Track and follow up on booking activities
  • Handling phone-calls, emails and reply accordingly in a professional manner
  • Updating system, website and social media with relevant information
  • Manage petty cash, office inventory check & replenishment
  • Simple introduction of company’s product to client
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in this capacity is preferred
  • Diploma and above
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and strong sense of responsibilities.
  • Positive mind-set and a solution focused approach
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Bilingual, able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin
  • Able to read Chinese


  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, etc.)

Working Hour:

  • Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
