Sales Order Administrator (Dip /East / 5days / 8.30am to 5pm) - $2.5K to $2.8K

Responsibilities:
• Work closely and coordinating with customers, factory, shipping lines and internal parties to ensure on time deliveries at all times
• Process all sales order received from customer in SAP system
• Prepare shipping documents and process invoices
• Generate reports from SAP and in-house logistics / sales system on cost development
• Ensure all projects are invoiced and payments collected including preparation of invoices, delivery orders, credit notes and prepare monthly sales reports

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years ‘of experience in Logistics administrative experience
• Mandarin speaking is required as will need to liaise with China customers / suppliers
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and have an eye for details
