Job Responsibilities:
Process export shipments for assigned base of accounts
Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination to correctly process export shipment.
Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner
Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipment
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Maritime Studies, Commerce or
No work experience required.
