Job Responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls & transfer to appropriate person, taking down messages etc
Meet and greet guests promptly, serve them with refreshments etc
Ensure that reception areas, including desk and seating areas are tidy and presentable at all times
Ensure meeting rooms are in place for meetings or conference calls etc
Ordering of stationeries and pantry supplies
Collect mails from letter box and distribute to the correct person
Prepare documents for courier service and send out mails for posting
Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Somerset
Salary: $2200 per month

Requirements:
at least 1-2 years of working experience in receptionist/admin related duties
minimum GCE O Levels educational qualification and higher
proficient in MS Office application
able to multitask and perform under minimal supervision
comfortable with contract positions
