Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Manager
  • Organize and schedule internal / external meetings and company functions
  • Take dictation and minutes of every meeting and training
  • Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing
  • Handle HR matters such as talent recruitment and leave administration
  • Arrange team dinners and follow-up on team cohesion at all times
  • Coordinating the orders for client’s gifts during festive seasons, including selection of suitable gifts within budget
  • Requisition and maintenance of office suppliers and consumables
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
  • Singaporean
  • Entry-level candidates with excellent learning attitude are welcome to apply, training will be provided
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous with good organizational and research skills
  • Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges
