Responsibilities:

  • Manage product flow supply chain processes within relevant parties and develop strategies and proactive problem solving to ensure timely delivery
  • Direct Purchasing from HQ and 3PL vendors
  • Monthly open orders review
  • Liaise with forwarders and Retailers for incoming and outgoing shipment delivery
  • Prepares quotations in accordance to the guidelines of the Operations Policy when required.



Requirements:

  • Minimum A levels / Dip in Logistic Operation, Supply Chain Management or Business Management or equivalent;
  • Experience in the Retail field would be at advantage
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experiences
  • Able to start work in a short notice would be at an advantage
  • Mandarin speaking as will be required to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
