Job Description:

  1. Perform administrative duties such as coordinates care of general office equipment, maintenance and repairs,HR related matters, handle staff claim and expenses

  2. Ensure proper documentation, records and filing

  3. Responding to email, phones queries and etc

  4. Input all the supplier invoices into system

  5. Issue customer invoice

  6. Basic Bookkeeping

  7. Any related adhoc duties assigned by Director

Job Requirements:

  1. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

  2. Functional in English and Mandarin

  3. Strong attention to details / Meticulous

  4. Able to multitask and complete work within the timeline with minimal supervision

  5. Able to work independently

  6. Fresh/entry level with good working attitude are welcome to apply.

  7. Able to start immediately

Additional Information:

  1. 5.5 days work week

  2. Expected Salary: $1,800

  3. Work Location: Katong Shopping Centre
