Finance & Insurance Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to fill up the loan applications submitted by sales reps.
  • Check and ensure documents are in order, eg. HP Agreement, VSA, NRIC & Income proof, etc
  • Fax the loan cases to bank for processing.
  • Record loan cases into database.
  • Liaise with Banks for update on loan status.
  • Update and maintain the database upon advice from the Banks.
  • Convey the loan status to Sales Reps.
  • Request for Release Letter once loan are approved.
  • Check loan documents submitted by sales reps before take up the loan amount into the system.
  • Check loan documents before despatching to Banks.
  • Assist to extract documents as per pending list from the banks for follow-ups.
  • Liaise with Sales reps for pending documents.
  • Assist to resolve any finance issues pertaining to loan disbursement.
  • Other daily admin duties include photocopying, filing, etc

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • 1 -2 years relevant experience
