Responsibilities:

  • Send reminder letters to credit customers on those outstanding invoices
  • Prepare and consolidate payroll templates for submission on monthly basis
  • Typing letters of demand to insurers.
  • Photocopying of documents, application of reports and documentation and filing;
  • Update customers and insurance details into the system.
  • Prepare monthly reports for Bodyshop works.
  • General admin duties which include incharge of stationery and beverages for dept etc.
