Job Description:-
Handling accounting functions and issues
Handling invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders from suppliers
Data entry of invoices in accounting systems
Assist in month end closing preparation – bank reconciliation and/ balance sheet schedules
General administrative duties – data entries and filing of documents/ records
Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:-
Minimum O Level and/ or Diploma in Accounting
Knowledge or experienced in Accounting would be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Accounting related software
Ability to liaise with clients/ customers in Mandarin is an added advantage
Experienced in Construction Sector will be an added advantage
