We are seeking for a dynamic and self-driven Procurement & Admin Executive who is committed to work in a fast paced and team orientated environment. Reporting to directors and work closely with the R&D, Marketing and Operations team and external parties such as vendors & suppliers in contributing logistics and supply chain activities to support company franchise business.


Responsibilities:

Procurement

  • Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, selection, logistics, expediting, planning, inventory management and purchase of equipment, goods and services
  • Perform daily operational purchasing matters and coordinate ad-hoc overseas shipping documentation, logistics and schedules
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand requirements for local and overseas outlets or franchisees
  • Perform document control and maintain proper documentation and records of all purchases
  • Setup and maintain inventory control system
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis
  • Support budget management processes

Vendors/Suppliers Management

  • Manage, evaluate vendors/suppliers’ quotation to ensure it is within company budget; and also evaluate suppliers’ performance according to quality standard and lead time
  • Relationship and performance management with key vendors/suppliers
  • Develop and establish approved vendors/suppliers list
  • Source for new vendors/suppliers with detailed analysis against the criteria
  • Generate reports, analyse and tracking of vendors/suppliers’ performance for periodic reporting

    Project Management

    • Work with R&D, Marketing, Business Development and Operations to enable new products introduction and continuous improvement programs

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
    • Fresh grads are welcome to apply
    • Relevant working experience in F&B industry, franchisees or inter-office coordination is a plus
    • Meticulous, proactive and independent
    • Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures
    • Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Excel, Word)
    • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadline
