Job scope:

- Assisting in processing paperwork for sales and purchase activities.

- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders ( customers, vendors and factories) for operation needs.

- General admin duties as assigned.


Job requirements:


- Minimum GCE O Levels.

- Team player but is also able to work independently.

- Has past experience in clerical support in Operations/ Sales/ Procurement Department.

- Willingness to expand job scope.


Employment Information:


- 5 Days workweek.

- 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

- 1 year contract.
