Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the office eg. handling phones and email
  • Organise and maintain customer database and files
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • Good time management
  • Able to work independently

  • For Singaporean & PR only
  • Experience in related field will be advantageous, no experience welcomed to apply as well
  • Minimum GCE O Level


  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (Negotiable)
  • Start end July/ start of August
  • Beautiful office located in Paya Lebar (near mrt)
