Job Ambition You will provide high level secretarial and full administrative support to the Financial Advisory Manager. The Job * Provide a high level secretarial assistance while exercising discretion and initiatives. * Provide full administrative support to make operation seamless and efficient of the office. * Manage expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement. * Organise meetings with key stakeholders and customers. * Actively participate in project meetings while taking the responsibility of minutes writing and next-step agenda preparation. * Manage and execute presentation concepts (include editing and formatting) * Develop relationships with external stakeholders. * Diary management, call handling, filing, and email screening.
