Answering incoming calls and replying email.
Provide good customer service while attending to sales enquires call.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Call / Text customer to confirm next day appointment.
Prepares maintenance contract.
Follow up air-conditioner maintenance contract with clients via email / phone call.
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of scheduled and held appointment.
Filling in all confirmed appointment into System.
Responsible for scheduling Technician’s daily job.
Assists in follow up for minor repair case
Develop new customer through cold-calling and networking.
Support roadshow operations, set up and provide sales support when necessary.
Assists Service Departments on other departments related matters.
Other required Ad-hoc duties assigned by Service Manager.
