Job Description:

To provide administrative support to the outlet staff and be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-General administration

-Handling of phone calls

-Mail (internal & external)

-Ensure sufficient office supplies/stationery: care and control

-Responsible for office functions

Accounting Functions:

-Responsible for daily banking and encashment of cheques

eg, meal allowance, credit tips and bottles incentives cheques, when necessary

-Manage petty cash claims

-Check and tally daily sales against credit card settlements and cash bank-in

-Update credit card summary and sales turn-in report

-Prepare daily sales journal


Salary: $2000 - $2300

Only Singaporean and Singaporean PRs required

Older workers/Retirees are welcome
