Hiring: Academic Operations Executive

Location available: Kovan

Salary range: S$1800-3000 (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (alternate Saturdays upon confirmation)

  • Preparation of lesson plans, scheme of work, timetable
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of primary level classes
  • Managing and ensuring the children are well-behaved in class, activities etc
  • Respond timely to parents on feedback, childrens' performance in school & other ad-hoc matters
  • Ability to build rapport with children and parents
  • Prepare teaching materials for new courses and new intakes
  • Monitor the daily attendance of lecturers and feedback to Management
  • Monitor the daily lesson delivery of lecturers and feedback to Management
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Positive, energetic and enthusiastic about working with young children.
  • Well versed in MS office
  • Organized, neat and systematic
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to adhere to strict deadlines and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English
