Job Responsibilities:
Answering of Phone calls in a timely manner / Transferring of calls to the person-in-charge accurately
Handling & recording of all incoming / outgoing letters & faxes
Collection, recording & distributing of mails from letter box to the person-in-charge
Scanning a copy of fax to person-in-charge (all pages), record in excel sheet & ensure secretary in-charge collects it in a timely manner.
Arrange for cost effective and efficient courier services as and when required.
Sending Staff Out-of-Office email daily
Sending welcome email for new staff, update seating plan & contact lists
Purchasing of stamps
Submit Reception Checklist daily
Booking of meeting rooms, greeting & serving drinks to clients

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Commitment Period: 1 year contract
Salary: $2200
Working Location: Somerset, walking distance from Somerset MRT Station (NS 23)


Job Requirements:
minimum GCE O Levels educational level or higher
proficient in MS Office application
prior experience with administrative/receptionist duties will be advantageous
able to work under minimal supervision and comfortable with multitasking
comfortable with contract positions
