Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in handling and maintaining a portfolio of clients, including establishment of various forms of entities, attending to corporate secretarial assignments as follows:

  • Advising clients on the business incorporation compliance and requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers & records.
  • Preparing board resolutions and minutes.
  • Preparing and filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • You will also assist in other ad-hoc duties and assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Able to handle a portfolio of clients independently under minimal supervision.
  • Mature and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
