Working Schedule: 5.5 Days, alternate Saturdays required

Location: Aljunied (East Area)

Job Description:-

  • Handling accounting functions and issues
  • Handling invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders from suppliers
  • Data entry of invoices in accounting systems
  • Assist in month end closing preparation – bank reconciliation and/ balance sheet schedules
  • General administrative duties – data entries and filing of documents/ records
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:-

  • Minimum O Level and/ or Diploma in Accounting
  • Knowledge or experienced in Accounting would be preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Accounting related software
  • Ability to liaise with clients/ customers in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Experienced in Construction Sector will be an added advantage
