  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Respond to feedback's from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.


  • GCE ‘O’ Level or Business Administration relevant field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel).
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Able to work in fast-pace environment.
