Background
We are a local home-grown company specialize in selling commercial furniture and linens to commercial organizations. You will be assisting us with daily operations, coordinating deliveries and improve the business' growth.

  • Admin Assistant (Sales)
Job Description

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, documentation, Inv, Do, Po, quotations
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Levels and above
  • At least 2 years’ experience in admin work
  • Strong organizational, planning and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Conversant in English and Mandarin
  • Singaporean only as we do not have the quota for foreigners
Job Timings

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location / Salary
  • Ubi (East side of Singapore)
  • Salary: $1,700.00 to $1,800.00 /month
