We are a local home-grown company specialize in selling commercial furniture and linens to commercial organizations. You will be assisting us with daily operations, coordinating deliveries and improve the business' growth.
- Admin Assistant (Sales)
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, documentation, Inv, Do, Po, quotations
- Coordinate office procedures
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
- GCE 'O' Levels and above
- At least 2 years’ experience in admin work
- Strong organizational, planning and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Conversant in English and Mandarin
- Singaporean only as we do not have the quota for foreigners
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location / Salary
- Ubi (East side of Singapore)
- Salary: $1,700.00 to $1,800.00 /month
