Inventory & Admin Assistant

Job responsibilities

- Data entry and updating of stock into inventory system

- Verification of documentations against actual physical items received

- Generate Purchase orders and transfer notes

- Verification of suppliers' cost price

- Keep track of consignment billing

- Ensure all store orders are being fulfilled and arranging for dispatch to stores

- Updating and reviewing of stock data

- Ensure accuracy of stock movement - data entry of transfer stock into inventory system

- General inventory duties including regular stock take, pick & pack, printing of barcode labels

- Liaising with suppliers and stores to fulfill order requirements


Requirements

- Knowledge of MS Excel/Word

-Experience in inventory systems an advantage

- Self-motivated, organise, meticulous, process-oriented and able to multi-task

-Able to work independently with minimum supervision

- Working location: 31 Tannery Lane, #06-01 HB Centre 2 Singapore 347788

- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 AM - 6 PM
