  • Work closely with the superior to identify and analyze training needs for all levels of employees within the organization to make training more proactive, responsive and relevant to the needs of the business and its customers
  • Support the retail division by focusing on performance improvement, effectively assessing training needs
  • Implement and evaluate L&D plans to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in line with our business needs
  • Work with internal or external partners to design and conduct appropriate training activities whilst striving to meet industry standards
  • Involve in change management, people development and retention of key talent


Requirements:

  • Diploma in business related field from local polytechnics or equivalent
