Temporary 3-4 months Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing
  • Maintain a well organized record of customer database
  • Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone
  • Liaising with other members of the teams and other technical experts
  • Provide sales support for local and overseas customers
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Levels, or 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to communicate both in English and Mandarin Chinese in order to handle Chinese speaking customers
  • Able to commit at least 3-4 months (Nov 2018 - Jan/Feb 2019)

Other Informations:-

  • Location: Ubi Road 3 (Near Mrt Station, 3-5 mins walking distance)
  • Working Day: Alternate 5.5 days
  • Working Hour: 9am-6pm
