Customer Service Cum Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to trainees’ enquiries and all aspects of customer service
  • Perform course registrations, transfer & refunds
  • Responsible for Branch operations & Team Sales
  • Able to upsell & cross-sell to maximize sales revenue
  • Handles daily general administration and help in service operations
  • To propose suitable training solutions to customers
  • To perform general administrative tasks, eg filing, copying, data entry
  • To perform general basic accounts
  • Handle basic accounting such as processing invoices/checking staff claims for payment
  • Basic journal entries &monthly reports preparation
  • Timely collection of Accounts Receivable outstanding invoices
  • Post sales invoices for cash sales
  • Apply receipts for cash sales
  • Prepare monthly collection report


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess initiative and a positive attitude
  • Customer oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate ( MS WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
  • Accounting Software idea (QuickBooks is preferable )
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ requests
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work Sunday and any holidays.
  • Everyday work 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM
  • Take leave only weekdays.
  • Location is in MANDAI ESTATE INDUSTRIAL AREA
