Business Development Manager Our organization is an agency unit formed in 2011, achieved Million Dollar Agency(MDA) in 2015 & MDA in 2017 alongside with many achievements awarded to the managers and sales executives within our organization. We are seeking to expand always and in all ways so we are actively looking for new candidates to join as a Business Development Managers and to cultivate the team Determination Respect Integrity Value addition Empathy Responsibilities; • Provide guidance and recommendations to colleagues doing outreach and programme delivery in order to improve the quality of leads conversion. • Motivate team and to lead team towards benched marked KPI • Coach staff and share best practices to the team as needed. • Provide reports to management on sales results, pipelines and account information • Provide ad-hoc & Alternatives to ensure timely delivery of services & solution to clients’ mission success. • Working closely with management team on planning / strategize / implementation on growth of the assigned division. • Dedication to motivate an interact with various interest group on different levels • Able to archive monthly sales target • Ability to perform under high level of stress. • Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new opportunities for business. • Taking initiative for planning and execution of sales strategy Requirements; • Min Degree or ‘A’ levels. • Min 2 years in sales preferably finance sector/ or if you’re previously an ex-insurance agent/Banking relationship manager. • Or any managerial sales experience • Experienced in sales will be an added advantage. • Result orientated and driven. Remuneration; $4,000 a month Job position: Full time. Office hour 10-6pm. Interested applicants please your resume To
