Job position - Office + Trade Clerk (Full-Time)

Applicant MUST be over 19 years of age.

- Salary: SGD 1,500.00 - SGD 1,800.00 (Potential increase in salary after first year + bonus)
- Contract for 2 years (minimum)
- Applicant will be handed responsibilities of trade
- ONLY SINGAPOREANS AND PR Holders
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:50am – 5:10am); Saturday (half-day)

Attributes/Requirements
• Education: Diploma, Bachelor and higher (Accounting, Finance and/or Business related discipline);
• Skills: Document management software (MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Languages: MUST be able to speak and write ENGLISH; Chinese Mandarin is a plus;
• Adequate skills operating Windows (Operating Systems).

Detailed Responsibilities
• Prepare correspondence, reports, statements, and other materials.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and computers.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail, and answer correspondence.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
• Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.
• Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
