Tele-Secretary - Part time/contract role

  • Contact list of clients via company's server and soft phones using desktops/laptops
  • Arrange for clients to E meet with our associates
  • Arrange for clients who wish to find out about Wills/Lasting Power of Attorney to talk to our in house legal counsels
  • Use approved script to talk to clients on various services and platforms
  • No experience required. Candidates are required to speak well in English Language
Business Development Associates - Part time/Full time role
  • to speak to clients who have indicated their interests in company products over an online platform
  • to follow up with clients who have expressed interests with email and other forms of communications
  • to explain to clients the features of any enhancements done to their existing products over online platform
  • to maintain clientele relationship
  • At least a diploma or a degree required. Part time/full time/transitional can be considered
  • Payment commensurate with previous salary and job experiences
  • No experience is required for this role as training will be provided
Team Managers - Full time/Contract

  • Individuals who are experienced in areas of mortgage banking/personal banking/corporate banking and/or banking products and facilities may apply
  • No sales required. Team managers role is to motivate and coach team members
  • Ensuring compliance of the team activities and signing off business cases
  • At least a diploma or a degree. Individuals with management experience will be considered. Individuals with no management experience but have working experiences in banking/mortgage/personal banking/telemarketing/sales/relationship management/private banking may apply
Business apprentice -Internship position
  • Undergrads in their final years of studies may apply
  • Undergrads must have a genuine interest in areas of business consultancy/business as a whole
  • undergrads will be trained in commercial contracts, business meetings, negotiations, contracts preparations, business processes, operations, payrolls monitoring, income and expenses reporting, business files and cases archives, marketing, events management, legal instruments
  • Undergrads will go through a stringent interview for this position
  • No experience required
