Our client, a global well-known company in the Logistics industry, is looking for an Admin Assistant.

HIGHLIGHTS
Global MNC! Good Exposure!
Company Transport Provided
$1600 - $2000 Basic + AWS + Bonus
5 days work week, Mon to Friday 9am to 5.45pm + 2 hrs OT a week

RESPONSIBLITIES
Distribute mails, courier & parcels in a timely manner
Administration of monthly invoices, purchase orders
Arrange transportations, meals and other required logistics for meetings
Participate and provide coordination support of company events
Cover reception duties as and when required
Ensure all pantry items are refilled daily

REQUIREMENTS
Min N. Level with at least 1-year experience in office admin/receptionist duties
Able to operate basic computer application
Customer Service oriented, and able to work in FAST-PACED environment
Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
Only Singaporeans due to limited Foreign Worker Quota
