Job Description


As the Administrative Executive, you will manage and coordinate all the administrative tasks and responsibilities at the company. Your responsibilities include:


  • · Handle business travel arrangements for aQieve employees including flight, accommodation, transport, local travel booking, visa applications etc
  • · Process all travel and expense claims – ensure all the claims are verified and duly approved by the necessary parties
  • · Monthly filing of invoices and bank statements
  • · Coordinate vendor payments, issuance of customer invoices and maintain a record for management review
  • · Schedule internal meetings as well meetings with potential, customers, partners and sponsors and coordinate with the necessary parties
  • · Create new staff logins for email, and manage the company’s e-mail addresses
  • · Manage the filing of documents in the common/shared drive of the company
  • · Assist in the recruiting process by supporting the posting of jobs, coordinating the filing of resumes and arranging for candidate interviews
  • · Assist in any other ad-hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

  • · Prior administrative experience
  • · Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Office applications
  • · Proficient in written and spoken English; multilingual preferred
  • · Meticulous and able to pay attention to detail
  • · Ability to multi-task and manage tight time lines in a fast-paced environment
  • · A team player with a ‘can do’ spirit; desire to help and support others
  • · Self-managed and proactive - ability to work under minimal supervision
  • · Flexible and able to adjust to new situations

Location: Singapore

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: Flexible, based on experience
