POSITION : LOGISTIC OFFICER / ASSISTANT WORK HOURS : Weekday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Weekend (Alt Sat 11 am - 6 pm) SALARY : S$1,800 to S$2,300 LOCATION : CENTRAL STAFF BENEFITS 14 days Medical Leave 14 days Annual Leave Medical Claim S$40 per visit AWS (depends on business and staff performance) Starting : Immediate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations. • Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently. • Coordinate logistics activities from procurement until delivery. • Sort, organize, and store inventory in proper location. • Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles. • Work as an active team member to complete team goals. • Ensure quantity and quality of incoming goods. • Package items and label correctly. • Issue Purchase Order, Tax Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Delivery Order, Commercial Value and Packing list • Track on shipment and order status. • Update freight cost after shipment done. • Assist sales team to check freight charges. • Prepare documentation and inventory for audits. • Do general housekeeping to ensure showroom and warehouse cleanliness and neatness. • Assist ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management. REQUIRMENTS * Minimum GCE ' O ' level • Mature, interactive and possess good interpersonal communicative skills • Multi-tasker/Team player who can work independently • Flexible team player with positive ‘let’s get this done’ attitude • Strong computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft platforms • Previous experience in related industry an added advantage • Hardworking, meticulous and responsible • Physically fit to handle heavy load HOW TO APPLY Interested candidates, please forward detailed resume with photo in MS Word Format by clicking 'Apply Now' details.
