Recruitfirst is hiring for Office Administrator | $2300 | Expo | 1 year
Location: Changi Business Park (Expo)
Pay: $2300
Commitment Period: Immediate - 1 year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Job Duties:
· Administrative work for the department of 150 HC
· Responsible for on / off-boarding of new hires. Raise all the necessary requests / accesses and ensure all logistics are ready for new hire.
Card access management, renewal and quarterly review
· Purchase of office supplies, stationery and equipment, Maintain up-to-date staff records
· Validate and review staff’s expenses / claim reimbursements
· Booking of meeting / video conferencing rooms / Setup meetings, Organise and maintain files / reports
· Perform any ad-hoc admin requests / duties as required

Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / Dip / Deg with relevant office department administrator experience
- Preferably with prior MNC experience
- Good communication skills to deal with multinational colleagues
- Immediately available for work or on short notice
