Air Export Coordinator (Changi Airfreight Centre, alt 5.5 days, $1800-2300)


• Attend to all incoming call regarding customers’ enquiries

• Follow company’s SOP for to process customers’ need

• Liaise with internal & external parties pertaining shipments

• Able to meet the expectation from the management(meet KPI)

• Ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management


• Min GCE “O” level with at least 1 year working experience in freight forwarding field

• Possess good communication skills

• Knowledge in Air freight forwarding is must

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to type fast

• Able to start within short notice period

• Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Able to perform overtime when required

• Salary range: $1800 – 2300

• Working hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm(M-F) 8.30 am – 12.30 pm(Sat), Alt 5.5 days’ work week
