Customer Service & Admin Coordinator
Salary up to $3400
Work Location: Changi Loyang
Work hours: 9am – 6.15pm (Mon-Fri) and 9am – 1.15pm (ONE Saturday every month)
**Daily Pickup from Pasir Ris/ Tampines MRT every morning!
**Daily lunch catered!
Preparation of quotations, invoicing documentation, process customer requirements
Processing of purchase orders
Liaising with transporters for delivery arrangements
Follow up with customers on payment arrangements
Follow up on samples sent to customers
Other related Admin duties
Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years working experience in Sales support / Order Processing function
Experience working in Commercial sector
Conscientious, detailed and pleasant personality for Admin & Customer Service role
Multi-lingual (English, Mandarin and Malay) would be advantageous as individual will be required to liaise with Singapore & Malaysia customers on a daily basis.
