Since 2002, Brex International's business is in the design, marketing and distribution of highend decor and gift products, catered for departmental stores, speciality stores, hotels and companies looking for highend premiums.

We are looking for a Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our team with the following job scope:
1) Managing inventory
2) Placing and managing orders to suppliers / customers
3) Handling stock enquiries
4) Preparing delivery orders, invoices and coordinate delivery schedules
5) Preparing quotations
6) Other admin duties

1) O Levels with minimum 2 years work experience
2) Good interpersonal and communication skills
3) Competent PC skills in microsoft office, word, excel outlook
4) Excellent personality (friendly deposition) with high level initiative with a "can do" attitude
5) Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Information
1) We work on a 5 day work week (Mondays to Fridays)
2) Location: Tampines
3) Position available immediately
4) Salary: from $1500 to commensurate with your relevant work experience
