JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare & Circulate Monthly Invoices for payments
Preparation of Monthly Accrual reports
Maintain & Update documentation into the server & files
Prepare monthly billing request
Prepare Security Deposit refund
Handle tenants fitting-out/reinstatement submissions
Other general administrative and clerical duties

JOB DETAILS
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
immediate - March 2020
up to $2300 per month (salary commensurate with working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
minimum Diploma in any fields or higher
At least 1 year of experience in administrative related duties
Team & results-oriented with the ability to balance business considerations
Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight reporting deadlines
Resourceful, meticulous and adaptable to changes
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
