Job scope:

• Provide professional customer service by attending to customer's enquiries

• Monitor the inventory system

• Coordinate with internal departments for parts availability and shipment date

• Handle customers complaints

• Work closely with production departments to ensure products meet customers’ expectation

• Update customers regularly on orders status


Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience

• Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering/Production is a must

• Salary range: $2500-2800 + Shift allowance

• Working hours:

4 days and 3 days shift

8.00am – 8.00pm

(1st week: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed & 2nd week: Sun, Mon, Tue)
