Customer Service Officer (5 days, $1800-2000, AMK)


Job responsibilities:

• Attend to driver’s enquiries via emails and phone calls

• Liaison with internal departments to assist drivers on their needs

• Assist the department in various projects

• Participate in company’s road show

• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management


Job requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of customer service/retail experience

• Candidate must be customer service oriented

• IT Savvy

• Salary range:$1800-2000

• Working hours: 8am-5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
